All originaly bundled files must remain bundled with the program. No additional files may be attached or bundled with the original bundle.

The author will not condone the use of this software for malicious or abusive purposes.

Use of this software for criminal purposes will terminate the licence agreement and the abusive party must cease to use this program and permanently remove it from their computer.

The author of this program does not guarantee the fitness of this program for any particular purpose. The author will not be responsible for damages or losses, including physical or psychological injury, loss of data, or damages to hardware resulting from the use this product.

This program is the intellectual and artistic property of the author. This product is not to be reverse engineered in any way.

This product is not to be sold, bundled with any product, or distributed in any way without the written consent of the author or as permitted by this licencing and distribution agreement.

The user of this software has the right to use the code produced by this program within the limits of this agreement.

The freeware/unregistered state of the program grants the user permission to use the program, in its unregistered and limited state, without charge. It DOES NOT grant the user distribution rights.
